Search functions

Under ‘search’ you have several ways to search, e.g. by grouping and organisation of animals and people.

With the advanced animal search, you can find all of the virtual animals. Here as well, you have several filtering options.

With the advanced people search, you can group and administer members, breeders, and judges accordingly.

And with the power search itself, you can link all of the available database fields to one another across the entire database. For example you could search for all male animals which are capable of pairing and which conform to certain parameters and are owned by members.

At the same time, in each search tab at the bottom of the page, you can define if your search results are to contain animals or people.

You can select the search results themselves, either individually or the entire results and store them as a group, perform virtual pairing, put them on a watchlist, save the search parameters (so you do not have to enter the parameters listed above each time), or store the results as a list;

or, you can send an e-mail to all owners of these animals. Simply fill out the subject heading, write the e-mail, click on send and you’re done;

or, you can export these animals as a CSV file and work from it, e.g. in Microsoft Excel or a similar program.

Under search queries, you will find the saved search parameters. As such, with the stored parameters, you can always retrieve the current results of your standardised search.

On the watchlist, you will find all the animals you have bookmarked.

These are separated by gender so that you can breed them virtually.

You will find all of the test pairings in the list of virtual animals.

Animal groups use you for breeding planning and breeding control.

You can store different groups of people as ‘Groups of people’ For example, the entire management board.

And in the lists, you can find your saved lists of animals or people.
